Be sure to check the signs before you tackle a trail, as trails here range from beginner (green circle) to expert (double black diamond), with a wide range of different surfaces. It's a great place to ride since it has something for everyone.
Lake Waco Trails – Reynolds Creek, Waco, TX
You'll also find extensive hiking, biking, and equestrian trails around Lake Waco, which the Waco Bicycle Club has outlined with their handy Lake Waco Trails map. Like the Cameron Park Trails, these trails accommodate a wide range of experience levels and often offer waterfront views. Since these trails are a bit more secluded and some are challenging, Park Rangers recommends riding with a friend and making sure you have a charged cellphone with you.

Looking for an easy, relaxing trail filled with natural scenery? The Pepper Creek Hike & Bike Trail is a 3.2-mile out-and-back trail, which is open year-round for walking, running, and biking. The paved trail here is also dog-friendly, so your furry friend can join the fun.

Another large Central Texas lake with plenty to see and do, Lake Belton features more than 130 miles of shoreline for you to explore.
