The signature selections make Honky Tonk Kid (also known as HTK) one of Waco's highly sought barbecue options. Not only can you savor the meat plates, sandwiches, and sides, but Rudy's distinguishes itself with a list of desserts and breakfast tacos unlike anything else in the area. Supporting big group meals from morning to night, Rudy's is waiting whenever you have a hankering for great barbecue. 
  • Jasper's BBQ – 105 N Clifton, Waco, TX 76704
    Lunch plates, meat by the pound, sandwiches, the 'Bear Box' or 'The Waco Tornado' you'll find something for everyone at Jasper's BBQ. "All orders include fixings' and a smile". Only open 10 am-2 pm Monday through Saturday, make sure to plan accordingly so you can enjoy some finger-licking BBQ!

    With a long history here in Waco dating back to 1915, Vitek's Market is a local mainstay that has been in several different locations throughout the city.
